At Vilo Spa & Massage, we value your business and request that you value our therapists' time. To ensure the highest level of service for all our clients, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Vilo Spa & Massage does not offer monetary refunds for any services, gift cards, or prepaid packages. Once a booking is confirmed, the payment is committed to the scheduled session.
2. Rescheduling Appointments
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to help you move your appointment to a more convenient time.
Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointments without penalty, provided the request is made within the required notice period.
Your original payment will be applied as a credit toward your future rescheduled session.
3. 12-Hour Cancellation Requirement
We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Timely Notice: If you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment, your credit remains valid for a future booking.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will result in the forfeiture of the full service fee.
