We welcome guests of all ages to experience the benefits of massage therapy and spa treatments. However, for those under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and be present during the service. Please contact our spa directly for more information on our policies for minors.

Please note that your membership benefits, including complimentary massages earned through referrals, are exclusive to Vilo Spa & Massage and cannot be redeemed at other spas or massage centers. Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

To take advantage of this offer, simply have your friend or family member mention your name when they sign up for a membership at Vilo Spa & Massage. We’ll credit your account with a complimentary 60-minute massage session, which you can use at any time during your active membership.

Please note that the complimentary massage session is valid only at Vilo Spa & Massage and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Session times include up to 10 minutes of consultation and dressing, which occur pre and post-service.
